Fayette Community Foundation (FCF) and St. David's Foundation have partnered to make new grant funds available that engage and empower rural communities in Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, and Eastern Williamson counties to tackle pressing problems that impact the health and well-being of residents.
In March 2024, FCF will roll out the newly formed Rural Community Health Fund Grant. This grassroots fund looks to break down traditional philanthropy and bring resources to individuals, organizations and groups who are working to meet critical needs in health and well-being.
